Returns & Exchanges

At Jeremiah Johnson, we want you to be proud of what you wear. If the item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit correctly, we accept exchanges and returns. Please note the following terms:

Exchanges:
1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.
2. Upon receiving the returned product, we will promptly swap it for the correct size.
3. Jeremiah Johnson covers the cost of shipping for the replacement item.

Instructions for Exchanges:
1. Include the packing slip or write on a piece of paper the Name on the original order and the order number.
2. Specify the desired size for the exchange on the same piece of paper.
3. Place both the item and the replacement note into your return package.
4. Ship the item back to:

Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement and provide you with a new tracking alert.

Returns for Refund:
- If you wish to return the item for a refund, please write "return" on the packing slip.
- You will receive a refund for the products ordered; however, Jeremiah Johnson does not refund shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Items must be in new, unworn condition.
